Protractor Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Protractor, we value your business and strive to provide exceptional service. Because booked items and scheduled appointments require dedicated resources, material preparation, and scheduling commitments, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Fees & Timeframes

Refunds for booked items and services are subject to fees based on when the cancellation notice is received:

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Appointment: Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 27% cancellation fee. This fee directly covers immediate restocking costs and opportunity costs associated with the reserved time slot.

  • Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to account for administrative and processing costs.

Exceptions

Protractor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation fees or provide partial/full exceptions to this policy. Circumstances that may warrant an exception include, but are not limited to:

  • Significant changes to the original scope of work.

  • Unforeseen material availability or supply chain issues on our end.

  • Extemporaneous or extenuating circumstances verified by our team.
